The Distillery District is a 13 acre pedestrian village with brick-lined streets and restored Victorian Industrial buildings. Minutes from downtown Toronto, the Distillery District offers a number of unique venues and they range from small intimate spaces to large venues with 35 foot high ceilings.

The Space

Formerly the Fermenting Cellar for the Gooderham and Worts Distillery, the space is a blank canvas suitable for all style of events. A spacious room, with its timber beams and trusses and original Kingston limestone walls can hold up to 600 people. It is air-conditioned and heated.

Historical Fun Fact

The Fermenting Cellar build in 1859 is one of Canada's national historical sites. The location was build and operated by Gooderham and Worts Distillery which at the time was the largest distiller in Canada. In 1990 the site was closed and later converted into the Distillery District which has converted the site into an amazing event venue perfect for weddings and corporate functions alike.
