It’s no surprise that Evergreen Brick Works is one of Toronto’s most sought-after reception and event facilities. Constructed out of a collection of deteriorating heritage buildings, Evergreen Brick Works offers a unique setting for Toronto event organizers.

The Evergreen Brick Works is located in the Don Valley River and is currently Toronto’s only sustainable event space. The former quarry reopened in 2010 as Canada’s first large-scale community environmental center, a dynamic venue for exploring ideas and solutions that advance sustainable cities. It’s now become a globally recognized showcase for green design and urban sustainability, as well as a budding public space where visitors can engage in a broad selection of hands-on programs that connect nature, culture, and community.

The Evergreen Brick Works’ Spaces

The Evergreen Brick Works is great for many events, including conferences, meetings, and weddings. Various versatile spaces within the grounds can be molded to suit just about any event.

The CRH Gallery & Koerner Gardens is a 20,000 square foot historic space with a capacity for 2,500 and is great for everything from conferences to weddings to even galas.

The BMO Atrium combines industrial brick and graffiti walls with modern architecture and soaring ceilings and is perfect for corporate meetings, conferences, social receptions, and sit-down dinners.

The Young Welcome Centre is perfect for special exhibits, workshops, parties, receptions, ceremonies, or film screenings. It features two large heritage artifacts – the historic John Price brick press and the Foreman’s shed – which pay tribute to the site’s industrial heritage.

The Pavilions are large, open-air pavilions that provide covered outdoor space for flexibility. With a space size of 25,000 square feet, it holds a capacity of 2,000.

The Meeting Rooms are great for boardroom meetings, lectures, conferences, corporate team-building, presentations, and workshops.

The Frances and Tim Price Terrace overlooks the ponds and Weston Family Quarry Garden, offering a gorgeous parkland view. It’s the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies and cocktail events!
