Exposed brick and stone, reclaimed wood and sliding barn doors. IQ Dineen Lounge brings a touch of historic industrial charm to Toronto’s bustling downtown. The transformed Dineen Building is 1,300 square feet and can hold up to 60 people. This Toronto venue comes fully equipped with soft seating, a 28’ bar, surround sound system and four 60” television screens making the space perfect for a variety of small to midsized corporate and social events. Just off the main space, the venue has 2 meeting rooms equipped with white boards and televisions making the space ideal for conference calls and private meetings.

Located on the corner of Young and Temperance between Richmond and Adelaide, the Dineen Building cost $30,000 to build in 1897. This is now the going rate for a parking spot in the area.
