Dear Russ,

Couldn’t I just have Daniel et Daniel cater all of my meals; every breakfast, lunch and dinner, every family party, every meal that I serve to friends? I never get rave reviews like I hear about your food. And boy did we hear raves!

The chosen menu was once again a sensation. The squash and fig salad, although unusual in ingredients and presentation, was an unqualified hit. I don’t know anyone else on this planet that can deliver 550 pieces of beef cooked perfectly and delivered hot to the table. Your talented chefs, as always made the evening a hit and our guests could not have been happier.

This year was the first year that we tried a Dessert Reception following the Awards and we were all waiting to see how the guests would respond. Well they loved it. The presentation was stunning and such a draw that they devoured the desserts in seconds. The passed popsicles was a really fun addition and one that we must repeat next year.

I couldn’t write a note of thanks without mentioning your superlative service staff. They are second to none in delivering first class service, with speed, style and efficiency.

I know I say it every year but my secret event ingredient is D&D. There is no caterer in the city that can beat your creativity, your cuisine, your service and your attention to detail. I can’t thank you enough for all of your support Russ. You make producing an event a pure joy.
