Pierre, you are fantastic. Without a word of a lie, my client was thrilled with your work (me too). We got together finally on Thursday and she loved the food and the decor you put together for our stations. She also was very happy with the room set up.
Me, well I was thrilled with the staff and their positive friendly approach to the guests. Nothing was too much trouble at any point in the evening. As a matter of fact I was very happy with your work before the event what with the immediate responses to my menu changes and floor plan options.
I can imagine that no matter what type of occasion, it provides great peace of mind to know that everything is in good hands, but regarding this kind of event, it was especially reassuring to know you had it all covered.

Okay you did it, you absolutely nailed the annual RCI Gala at MaRS! From the food to the service and every detail in between, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. It was perfection!
After our problems last year with some of the execution, I was worried that we might have some issues again, but with you on the Event Laura I shouldn’t have worried. You worked tirelessly to ensure that every problem and kink from last year had been worked out. You rescheduled staff so the set up of the event was done in ample time to avoid panic on our end. You worked with Butler’s supervisors to ensure that every element of my Production schedule was understood and the right solutions created for a flawless delivery of the dinner. You bent over backwards to meet our budget from food to rentals to ensure that we maximized our fundraising efforts. And most importantly you delivered a meal that had every plate in the house licked clean. Our guests absolutely raved about the food!
You are a consummate professional. I can’t thank you enough for all that you brought to the production. We simply couldn’t do it without you!
