I want to thank you for everything that you did to make our Friday night Partner dinner such a huge success. The evening went so smoothly and I have been swamped with notes of thanks from our partners. They loved the venue, the set up, the food and all the touches that were distinctly yours throughout the space.

Your staff were terrific (you are right, they are the A team), the food was delicious and beautiful and your choices with linens, florals candles and design made the room one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.

I also want to thank you for your suggestion of your florist who made the evening perfect. Working with you has been a dream and I cannot wait until we do another event together. While they aren’t all this style, and this budget, I am sure we can do lots of fun stuff.

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you and the kitchen, wait, and bar staff who helped make our party and book launch the successes they were last Thursday.

We’ve had nothing but positive feedback about the catering. People found the food delicious, and (thanks to you) it seemed the perfect amount — no wastage, no shortage. The staff were professional, approachable, and responsive. Did I mention the food was delicious?

I will be happy to freely recommend Daniel et Daniel if anyone I know needs excellent catering services.

That lamb absolutely melted in my mouth! It was to die for. The catering of the RCI Gala Dinner held at MaRS on Thursday April 22nd was exceptional. When we asked you to create an elegant “Comfort Food” menu on a limited budget, I was worried that we would sacrifice something. But boy was I wrong. As I watched the service staff collect plates from all three courses, they had been scraped clean. And as the feedback comes in the common theme is how tremendous the food was.

Laura, I would like to personally extend my heartfelt thanks for all of the work that you did on this year’s RCI Gala Dinner. I know that Daniel et Daniel have done this event for several years for very little money and the RCI is very appreciative of your support. Despite the lack of remuneration for the Dinner though you worked tirelessly to create the perfect menu, help find ways to keep our budget in line and come up with elegant touches to make the event even better. And for that you will have the RCI’s and my undying support.

On behalf of WaterCooler, and my client RCI I would like to thank you and your entire team for making our event such a success. I look forward to working with you all again in the very near future.

I really meant to email you earlier to tell you how AWESOME the food and service was last night. Once again, it was perfect! I personally ate a ton (as did my colleague) – we each tried everything and it was all so yummy. I don’t think there was much food left over , if any… Thanks so much for all your help – it is truly a pleasure to work with you and your staff!!
