Saturday was our grand opening event at TD Canada Trust 125 The Queensway. I would like to congratulate and thank your team co ordinated by Michele Goyette for an outstanding job! The food and your wait staff were superb. Your team was highly professional and inobtrusive Personally, I have to tell you it was the best cup of coffee I have enjoyed in recent memory.

I want to say thank you very much for the wonderful food and the wonderful service that we received here at the OEB. Your staff was wonderful. I can’t tell you how many times our staff complimented on the food, the service and the staff that went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. I thank you again for everything and hope that you all have Happy Holidays.

Well, as of the conclusion of last night, they were EXTREMELY happy…to the point of giving me hugs…I take that as a positive sign! They were totally impressed and thrilled with your service staff, and want to be sure that the gratuity will reach them! They really enjoyed the food. They were also thrilled with the décor…you really pulled it off, and I thank you.

So that was my client’s opinion…they may get some feedback from the group in attendance last night, and if I hear anything I will let you know.

What can we say? We hold ourselves up to such high standards that finding a catering partner that meets and exceeds our notion of ”delivering” can sometimes be a challenge. Not so with Rick Rowe and his team at Daniel et Daniel.

May’s back-to-back Toronto Zoo events more than proved your professionalism and passion for perfection. The staff party was such a success, thanks in large part to your contribution (and yes, you were right people cannot get enough of those mini-burgers!) And in spite of the rain for the VIP party the following day, you and your team made our event shine!
