Karen leads Daniel et Daniel’s culinary team, overseeing menu development and facilitating the ongoing creative process that consistently delivers unique dining experiences for our clients. A recipient of the CATIE Chef of the Year Award, Karen O’Connor is one of the top Catering Chefs in North America, and is currently co-chair of the Culinary Council at the International Caterers Association.
Joining the Daniel et Daniel team in 2010, Bonnie’s creativity and innovation, combined with her exceptional talent quickly elevated her to lead the Pastry Department. Bonnie has participated in professional development programs across North America as both teacher & student, and won the 2015 Quick Fire Recipe Challenge at “Catersource” in Las Vegas
