Wow! The evening was great, and so much of the credit goes to you and your team! Hugely pleasant, supremely helpful, professionally skilled: I couldn’t have imagined being as relaxed at a party I was hosting for 50 people. The food was exquisite, but it was the helpfulness of the staff that really made it work. So many little touches, from the cook’s willingness to coordinate the progress of dinner with the progress of the meeting, to the pacing of the hors d’oeuvres, to the help with cleaning up afterwards. Thank you all so much!

I was very pleased with the catering; by far the better choice as I have experienced others in recent years. I was most impressed with the professionalism of the wait staff, this is very important.
