Well we managed to pull it off again and I think the food was the best ever!
This year there was a new President at the Gairdner Foundation, and you and your team won her over and she is your largest fan! Your talented chefs, led by Vel Sivapragasam, delivered the most delicious dinner. Whether you were eating the strip loin, or the vegetarian or vegan options, the food was absolutely fantastic. The Dessert Buffet finally reached “maturity” and its offerings, plentiful and scrumptious! And then there is the service staff, who are truly the superstars of the evening, delivering first class service in mere minutes.
Russell, as always, we truly value your skills and talents and realize that we are lucky to have the “industry’s finest” overseeing our event. It just wouldn’t be the same executing it without you!
