An internet search and memories of an ornate and delicious cake from some years ago led me to your website. Ken was my contact from start to finish. He is an outstanding asset to your organization and the cake itself was stunning. A simple slab cake was transformed into a suitcase that looked like it could be carried on the plane! The detailed flags, map and symbols were the talk of the party until the guests tasted the cake. Layers of delicious, fluffy, perfectly-sweetened chocolate mousse cake were quickly devoured.
