Diane Carrasco was a delight to work with in the planning stages – very professional, with a delicate balance of advice and cooperation. The on-site team were simply outstanding – we couldn’t have asked for more. We have had so many comments of praise from our guests – both at the event and since.  You should be very proud of your team.

I would like to thank you, your staff and your chef for making our party on September 16 such a success. I have been inundated with emails, cards and phone calls this last week praising all of you and telling us how much fun they had. I loved the furniture arrangement. The room and the patio looked amazing. When it was clear that the party was going to be outdoors, your staff graciously took two of the couches out for more sitting space.
To top it all off, because of your hard work, Andy and I were able to have a great time at our own party. Such a bonus. There was even some spontaneous dancing towards the end!!
The food was delicious and the service was professional, quick and on point.

Our special celebration went absolutely beautifully!  Everybody commented on how delicious the food was. The Staff and Chef’s were all very pleasant, courteous and professional.  And you were right, we did need all of them.

Thank you for your suggestions, your guidance and patience in helping me to coordinate last Saturday night.  The menu was perfect.  You were an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot say enough nice things about you and how wonderful you made the planning process! I wish I could tell your higher ups! The chef met all expectations – it was delicious.  I cannot say enough about the service staff provided.  They arrived promptly at 4:30 pm and were professional and focused from the minute they arrived to the minute they left. We adored them!  On behalf of our family, thank you for helping to make our sister’s birthday the special and successful evening we all wanted it to be.   Daniel et Daniel delivered all that I expected and beyond.
